    Cultural and leisure center, designed by the Soviet architect Theodor Martinovich Erwald. In 1951, the palace was recognized as the best club-type architectural structure of the USSR, and the architect was awarded the Stalin Prize. The palace complex includes: ceremonial march, square, a monument to V.I. To Lenin. In 2001, two bronze sculptural compositions appeared in the square, the works of the famous sculptor Auguste Rodin - The Thinker and The Shadow. Works of art were created in the famous French foundry "Valzuani".
